IAP - Industrial Ambassador Program - is a 3-day course for property agents to participate and learn how to sell industrial properties. Since IAP is so successful, the department came out with another program on industrial properties for intermediate level. Hence, they wanted to create one video to announce the launch of IAP Intermediate.
